Meet Your Sweet Rollers

Two gals, running on love and a dream.

A couple standing outdoors on stone steps surrounded by trees, holding hands, dressed in formal attire for a wedding or special event, with the woman holding a colorful bouquet of flowers.
  • Founder

Instead of reading tales of warriors, wizards, and diapered super babies, I was reading cookie recipes and scouring the library for cookbooks that I hadn’t memorized yet. My passion for food has been unrelenting and life long. My goal for the food you buy here is the same as any other bakery worth their salt: I want it to be the best.

A food truck labeled 'Sweet Roll Homemade Bakery & Pastry' is parked in an empty parking lot near a building with a sign that reads 'Mays' on a clear day with blue skies.
  • A 1981 Grumman Olson Kurbmaster that I drove (rattled) 450 miles home to Wisconsin from Nebraska! Rewired, fresh batteries, and deep cleaned, she’s ready to spend her 40’s and 50’s working! A 5 speed diesel with a 8.2 Detroit engine, this truck is a rare beauty. Check out our social media to see how far we’ve come!
